# Big Screen Hack

> Big Screen Hack brings filmmakers and AI developers together to create new cinema, then gives the strongest work a real cinema screen, an audience and a permanent archive. Chapters so far: BFI London (October 2025), London and Cannes (May 2026), New York during Tribeca week (June 2026). Contact: aaron@bigscreenhack.com

Next: Big Screen Hack London 2026, during the BFI London Film Festival. Make a pilot in five days; the winning concept is developed into a funded series with Fairground. Kick-off Monday 5 October 2026, 6.30pm, at Wonder Studios, Hackney, and online; challenges drop at 7.30pm on our platform. Submissions close at midday (UK time) on Sunday 11 October. Judging runs from midday Saturday 10 October to midday Monday 12 October, and early submissions are guaranteed to be judged. The shortlist premieres at the IMAX on Friday 16 October.
